The current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is unprecedented in its impact on all of us, it is a dynamic situation and will continue to evolve. We have taken a number of measures to ensure both our guests and staff say safe whilst visiting ‘The Lodge’
What are we doing:
We are closely following Public Health England (PHE) guidelines regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will continue to monitor it daily.
The Lodge has increased its cleaning regime for extra piece of mind using a range of anti bacterial products.
All our linen and towels are washed at 90◦
We are operating a safe check in system to avoid unnecessary contact with others.
Breakfast is served on a tray in your room to avoid unnecessary contact with others.
We are monitoring our staff for signs off illness and they will be sent home if they show signs of being unwell.
PPE is available for all our staff to help protect them.
What can you do :
If you are feeling unwell or have flu like symptoms please cancel your stay. If you have to cancel a booking due to ill health within our 48hr cancellation period, please contact us asap.
Please wash your hands regularly during your stay.
